Published corrections, clarifications, revisions and withdrawals.

ONS should correct significant errors transparently rather than silently changing a published figure. A correction record should identify the affected series or release, what changed, the impact and any replacement reference.

Routine revision built into a statistical method should be identified by revision status so users can distinguish first estimates, provisional values, revised figures and final results.
